While I specialize in the QuickBooks product line, I am closely monitoring the newer accounting solutions such as the "zero data entry" and “cloud” systems. Since each has different capabilities it is important to match each client’s needs to the right solution.

Installation & Setup

I coordinate with all the vendors chosen to be part of your Total Accounting Solution and will install your entire suite of bookkeeping applications and services, ensuring they are all "talking" to each other and running smoothly.

I assist new QuickBooks users with their initial company setup including: Preferences, Lists, Customers, Vendors, Employees, Banking and Reports. I also help experienced users manage their businesses more effectively by improving their current setup. With virtually thousands of hours working with a variety of companies I know countless tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your accounting software.

Personal Training

I don't just help you use the software - I help you use it more efficiently and more effectively. I train you personally! Choose either one-on-one sessions or group training at your office.

Support

As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I have access to stateside, high level technical support so can troubleshoot your operation issues quicker and more cost effectively than if you purchased your own QuickBooks Support Plan. In addition, I monitor user forums and receive early advisories from QuickBooks.

When I successfully solve a particular issue, I am often able to prevent or minimize a similar occurrence with all my clients.
